At Northwest Enforcement we do security differently. We are transparent with our team and clients. We look for team members that are humble and have resolve. We look for team members that want to provide value to the team and the community we serve because nothing less will do. We are looking for team members that reflect our core values.

We are looking for team members who are willing to receive detailed training, be skilled in specialized post orders and services that require them to hold special certificates or get badged for specialized facilities.

Patrol Officers complete vehicle and foot patrols on multiple properties within a specific area during their shift. They respond to alarm and resident calls for their properties.

Job Type: Full-time

Our Patrol Officers typically work either a Sunday through Wednesday OR Wednesday through Saturday set schedule.

You must have open availability with no work restrictions to work on patrol. As well as a current and valid driver’s license in either the state of Oregon or Washington.

Overtime opportunities are sometimes available for officers who wish to work more than their normal work week.

Not DPSST certified? That is okay, we offer free DPSST Unarmed classes at our office for our team members. We also offer a variety of other classes such as DPPST Armed training, ASP classes, OC Pepper Spray, De-escalation, Trauma Informed Care, First Aid and CPR, and more!

DPSST does require that you have a high school diploma or GED, as well as the ability to read and write in English.

Pay: We pay patrol officers four to five dollars above average with the opportunity to earn quarterly raises

Benefits: After your probationary period (90 days) we have medical, dental and vision benefits that are available to our full-time team members (the company pays a percentage of the premiums).
