Do you want to contribute to Apple's Closed Loop and Carbon Neutral goals? Apple's Worldwide Logistics team is seeking a candidate to help us develop and scale low carbon transportation solutions. We at Apple have committed to being 100 carbon neutral for its supply chain and products by 2030. This role puts you in the driver's seat to be at the forefront of identifying and accelerating global solutions working alongside environmental within Apple. - Coordinate Apple's environmental strategies with our global leads driving visibility to carbon emission reduction projects and evaluating innovative pilot opportunities. - Represent Logistics in cross-functional forums around progress in decarbonization and supplier engagement. - Partner with environmental experts to develop and advance our environmental priorities across a wide range of technologies including Sustainable Aviation Fuel. - Engage and formalize standards with suppliers around emission reporting, progress and transparency. - Advance/build Logistics carbon reporting, visibility systems and planning tools

Key Qualifications

  • MBA or BS/BA degree and 5-10 years of Logistics experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Procurement
  • Detail-orientated with the ability to build and lead programs/processes
  • Ability to work outside comfort area and quickly establish relationships
  • Expert project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication/delivery skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!
  • Experienced with spreadsheets and data manipulation
  • Knowledgeable in advancing supply chains, in addition to assessing and mitigating risks to the business
  • Ability to navigate conversations with suppliers and prioritize team's projects with business needs in mind - taking into account cost, supply, return on investment, and other commercial considerations.
