We are seeking Risk Program Manager for Payments & Disputes to help drive and support payment fraud reduction and prevention. Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management experience in Payments and Disputes industry.
  • Comfortable in credit card operations such as servicing channels, business analytics, operational health
  • Flexible and open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
  • Experience working in a multifaceted, results driven environment
  • Experience identifying test cases and establishing business rules for chargeback disputes
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work in multiple timezones and international teams


Coordinate and Program Manage a broad portfolio of work Release the right set of features for our customers, on time and with high quality. Drive all aspects of the software development process: document requirements, scope work, develop a plan, generate a schedule, craft, implement and ship. Identify test cases and establish business rules for chargeback disputes Work cross-functionally across Apple to use the collective skills and intelligence of our people. Make critical decisions and trade-offs to ensure your programs are successful. Resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot, and unblock issues. Work closely with Legal, Privacy and security teams to design and implement solutions.

Education & Experience

BS, BA or equivalent professional experience

Additional Requirements

  • Consistent track record of running complex cross functional software projects that support applications and services
  • Proficiency in applying project management and collaboration tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
