You will work cross-functionally with a variety of groups to improve the quality, efficiency and scalability of our operations. Other responsibilities include: Drive all aspects of preventative and improvement initiatives identified as business priorities: work with internal groups to help define requirements, scope work, and planning. Identify fraud mitigation best-practices across industries, and use this information to help improve our systems. Meet with management and leaderships teams to provide regular updates on fraud trends and operational performance. Create and maintain operating procedures. Provide mentoring and coaching to junior members of the team.
