We're growing and if you wish to be part of something exciting, we encourage you to apply! We're looking for a Senior Fraud Analyst with experience in fraud prevention, investigations, and analytics. A Senior Fraud Analyst collaborates with our Business and System Analyst, Operations, and Data Science groups to design, maintain, improve our investigation, and detection processes. They also have a deep background in fraud prevention, and will have experience in one of many different verticals: mobile apps, digital e-commerce, fraud detection and prevention. This role is hands-on, and cross-functional.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years validated experience in fraud operations, and business analytics.
  • Proficiency in Chinese language (simplified and traditional).
  • Thorough knowledge of the App Store ecosystems is preferred.
  • Resourceful at identifying risk or fraud trends and quickly developing solutions to mitigate.
  • Superb verbal and written presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Able to root cause problems and identify, propose, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Proven record of operating autonomously across multiple teams.
  • Collaborative and flexible work style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
  • Knowledge of and past experience with visualization tools like Tableau, and ad hoc reporting.

Description

In this role your primary responsibility is to investigate fraud trends and incidents. You will use your experience to take an active role in improving fraud prevention, signal collection, and develop reporting requirements. You will work cross-functionally with a variety of groups to improve the quality, efficiency and scalability of our operations. Other responsibilities include: Drive all aspects of preventative and improvement initiatives identified as business priorities: work with internal groups to help define requirements, scope work, and planning. Identify fraud mitigation best-practices across industries, and use this information to help improve our systems. Meet with management and leaderships teams to provide regular updates on fraud trends and operational performance. Create and maintain operating procedures. Provide mentoring and coaching to junior members of the team.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • For this position, Apple will not sponsor applicants for work visas or relocation. You have the ability to work all scheduled hours on-site. Flexible to work overtime including weekends and holidays, with the possibility to flex up or down hours depending upon business needs. Available to attend approximately 5-6 weeks of required training on a fixed schedule that may include weekends.
