Key Qualifications

  • At least 7+ years of working in a similar role within in a cloud infrastructure group
  • Experience of demand planning, forecasting and supply chain principles relating to infrastructure assets.
  • Strong technical proficiency in network, server, and data center architectures and software development
  • Experience with analysis of various application layer changes and how changes impact the infrastructure
  • Develop data pipeline requirements with Finance to support historical data tracking, dashboard & reporting analysis across properties.
  • Prior experience deploying capacity for large-scale cloud services, including, but not limited to AWS, GCP etc
  • Experience in process engineering to improve existing processes with a metrics driven approach
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
  • Strong facilitations skills (requirements sessions; design meetings; progress and status meetings)
  • Confirmed ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets
  • Great at prioritization and applying sound, data-based judgment to weigh trade- offs
  • Experience with Python, Java, DataFrames, R, SQL, Tableau and spreadsheets to analyze data
  • Experience leading large process changes / managing cross functional projects
  • Experience at developing and prioritizing CapEx budgets to support technical roadmap.


We are looking for an expert Capacity planning Engineering Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is adept at turning ambiguity into action. Passionate about data analysis and using it to support infrastructure capacity decisions to support daily and future decisions. This person will build a forward looking capacity model for our Infrastructure footprint and coordinate the execution of this plan with the various cross functional teams. This role is expected to hands-on drive all aspects of capacity supply planning, understanding utilization trends, reclaiming servers back to the production inventory fleet and HW allocations management, including capacity sizing, vendor qualification, financial analysis, technical design discussions and documentation, testing, working with partners in data centers, deploying large scale systems, and operating and monitoring services with the expectation of high reliability and high availability.
