The Operations Academy offers early career professionals the opportunity to participate in a 12-month rotational program. You'll immerse yourself within Operations gaining exposure to different Supply Chain challenges, experiencing different teams with a high level of visibility to key stakeholders and leaders through a variety of projects, assignments and teams across manufacturing, planning, procurement, logistics and distribution. You will grow with the support of mentors. The program will provide you with broad exposure, helping you build up the skills, perspectives, and connections enabling you to successfully grow your career in Supply Chain Operations, Participants are placed on teams that align with their interests and allow them to work on high-impact and meaningful projects within Supply Chain Operations.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing or relevant academic projects or internships.
  • A methodical and logical approach, strong critical thinking, and an analytical mindset
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel
  • Leadership experience within group projects or prior internships
  • Proven track record of delivering on challenging projects with tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to peers, stakeholders and leaders.

Rotation Opportunities: Global Supply Manager:Lead cost negotiations, continuity of supply, risk management, driving operational and cost efficiencies through process or design change, as well overall project execution Materials Program Manager: As a MPM you are responsible for materials readiness, availability, and visibility. This is a strategic supply chain role; responsibilities include interacting with our Contract Manufacturers and internal core teams, encompassing critical component planning, directing allocation, modeling supply flexibility, and managing materials liability. Operations Program Manager: A successful OPM communicates with ease at all levels and leverages relationships to facilitate action. We bring calm and control to even the highest-intensity projects. As an OPM, you will influence product manufacturability and supply chain responsiveness while stewarding the high standards of product quality expected of Apple products. RFO Program Manager: Program Managers are responsible for strategic fulfillment programs that cut across Operations and Retail to gain efficiencies in Apple's fulfillment roadmap to improve offerings in the direct channel's route to market strategy. Supply Demand Planner: SDMs develop, communicate, and execute end-to-end product demand and supply plans across all channels of distribution in over 80 countries for current and future product lines. They generate weekly and quarterly supply plans that meet financial objectives. WW Readiness Program Manager: As a Readiness Program Manager you will help drive the launch strategy for new product introductions and play a critical role in the flawless execution of delivering Apple's products to customers. You will create and document processes, troubleshoot issues and function as the orchestrator, educator, and negotiator across the extended project teams ensuring everyone's working in concert and driving a launch that optimizes Apple's operational capabilities.

Education & Experience
