GENERAL
1-Why does your system say I'm not a member, but I still receive your e-mails?

Having a LatPro site membership and being subscribed to job mailing lists are two different things. It is possible to sign-up for our free job list e-mails without becoming a site member. If you have never registered on LatPro and posted your resume on our site, you should do so by clicking on First Time? at the top left column of our home page www.LatPro.com

2-How do I get my free month for referring a friend to LatPro?

To refer a friend, Log-in to your account and click on the "Free Month Membership" button on the My LatPro page or click the "Tell a Friend" link on the footer (bottom) of every LatPro page. Make sure that you include your LatPro e-mail address, as well as your friend's. To receive credit:
1) you must use the link or button mentioned above, and
2) your friend must purchase an Associate or Full memberhsip
3) He/she must type in your e-mail address in the field "Spefically how you found LatPro.com". You will then receive an e-mail confirming your free month extension

TRIAL MEMBERS
3-I'm a Trial Member - why can't I apply to more jobs?
We allow you use our services for free for up to one year, including subscribing to our job lists and posting your resume in our database, but we do limit the number of jobs to which you may apply. If you would like to apply to additional jobs once your free responses have been used, you are invited to purchase individual job responses or a membership.

4-Why can't I apply to a job if my Free Membership has not yet expired?

With a Free Membership, your resume is made available to recruiters for one year and you can apply to 10 job listings. If the system is not letting you apply to jobs, it is probably because you have already used your 10 job responses.

Solutions/Options:

  1. Upgrade your membership to an Associate or Full level. By doing this, you will be able to apply for all of the jobs that interest you for the life of your membership.
  2. Keep your Free Membership, and purchase a job response for each job to which you apply.

5-Do you really forward my responses to recruiters even if I'm not an Associate or Full Member?
Yes we do. However, we need your financial support to market our network to new employers so we can bring you the highest quality jobs, so please join soon. If you like our free services, you'll love our member services!

ASSOCIATE & FULL
6-What is auto renewal? How does it work?

The auto-renew option provides the Associate or Full member the convenience and flexibility of extending your membership beyond its expiration date on a month-by-month basis via an automatic credit card payment. Each month, LatPro will automatically charge your credit card (US$16 for Full memberships, US$9 for Associate memberships)

Please note that to activate this service you must select the auto-renew option on your "My LatPro" page. To activate or deactivate the auto-renew option, click on the "auto-renew" button on "My LatPro" and click on the "change" button within the pop-up box.

7-I haven't received any issues of Latin Trade magazine yet. Am I really subscribed?

Latin Trade's circulation department usually requires 2-3 months to deliver your first issue. Latin Trade collects new subscriptions until the end of every month and processes them in a batch on the first day of the new month. Your subscription should start two months later.

For example: If you purchase a LatPro membership in January , you should receive the April edition of Latin Trade.

If you haven't received your first issue of Latin Trade after three months you can confirm your subscription by sending your name, full address and telephone number to:
