1-What do the statistics mean on the top of the "My LatPro" page?
 

Your Account

Membership type: This reminds you of your current membership level. To upgrade or renew just click on "Store"

Expires on: This is the date on which your current membership will expire.

Your Resume(s):

Currently Available: This indicates the number of resume versions that you have in the LatPro database. If you've chosen to keep your resume private it will not be counted here.

Number of times reviewed by recruiters: This refers to the number of times that a recruiter has:

  1. performed a resume search in our database and reviewed your resume (if it is available to recruiters)
  2. chosen to review your resume online after you have responded to that recruiter's job posting

NOTE: If you apply for a position, the recruiter will always receive your resume and profile via e-mail. However, we can only measure their activity when the recruiter reviews your resume online.

Jobs applied to: This is the number of positions to which you have successfully sent your resume since your membership was established. To see a detailed listing click on "My Applications" button.

2-My e-mail address has changed; how do I change it in LatPro?

 

1) Log into your account using your old e-mail and address

2) From your My Latpro page, click on "My Password/E-Mail"

3) Type your new password and e-mail and click on "Save Changes"

Note: If you are subscribed to any job list(s), please remember to unsubscribe the old e-mail address from them and then subscribe the new e-mail addresses.

3-Does Latpro work from all types of browsers?

 

We have tested LatPro.com from both Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers, and both are fully functional. One minor exception is that Netscape users may experience some problems when re-sizing screens or using the browser's "back" button. If you can refresh the screen by hitting the browser's "Reload" button.

Additionally, if you have a old version of your browser you may not be able to see our site correctly. For information on loading free updates of your browser you can visit:
