1-Why was my credit card charged by your auto-renewal process?
 

Your credit card will be charged only
- if you chose Yes when you processed your original membership payment or
- if you subsequently changed the automatic renewal option from No/Off to Yes/On

When the auto-renew option is set to Yes, your credit card is automatically charged every month at a special discounted rate.

To change the option, please do the following:
1. Log-in to your account.
2. Click the "Auto-renew" button.
3. Click the "Change" button if you want to change your auto-renew option.

2-Why can't I pay you with my credit card? Your system is not accepting my credit card?
 

Sometimes the major credit card companies do not approve your payment to us because your card is not international or is restricted from online transactions. If your credit card was not accepted, please send us a fax with your data and we will process the payment from our office by asking your credit card company in the USA (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc) for their authorization. Afterwards, we will send you a receipt by email or fax.

If you cannot send us a fax, please send your telephone number including your country and city code to carol@latpro.com and the best time to call you. Please send your fax to:

3-I can't use the secure server, what should I do?
