THE JOB:

The Content & Experience Senior Manager drives continuous improvement to engage the end-user on the Employee Enterprise Portal and increase the likelihood of self-service in HR applications and platforms. The Content & Experience Senior Manager provides strategic direction to shape digital adoption and change management through effective HR communications. This role combines content knowledge, design, technical skills, process flows, and research to deliver an intuitive user experience that maximizes self-service through the delivery of concise and actionable employee communications to support all HR initiatives.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Proactively partner with key stakeholders to bridge gaps between information architecture, user experience, change management, and organizational need and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Create and maintain solid partnerships with internal and external partners to develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.

  • Establish and implement standards and best practices for content creation and maintenance, and communications cascade and distribution.

  • Assist HR Operations leadership in developing program goals and strategies to support the self-service model of the Employee Enterprise Portal through innovative use of technology and continuous improvement of business processes.

  • Evaluate analytics, content, and business processes to identify gaps in UX, and deliver solutions to fill identified gaps.

  • Lead the continued effort to evolve the portal and communications strategy to elevate innovation and change.

  • Develop HR campaign content, including visual, written, and digital communications.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Finance, Business, Strategy, HR Administration, or equivalent education and/or experience.

  • 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, Consulting, Project Management, or Communications.
