This is an on-site position based in the Las Vegas, NV area.

THE JOB:

As aRecruitment Communication Specialistat MGM Resorts International, you will bring passion and experience to various recruitment marketing processes, including strategies, market intelligence, marketing analytics, and content creation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to innovate and enhance processes using emergent recruitment technologies. You'll play a pivotal role in various talent acquisition projects and collaborate closely with the Recruitment Marketing Manager. You will work with several technologies, including Phenom People, LinkedIn, Workday, Indeed, and other progressive social media platforms. Your efforts will drive our mission to entertain the human race, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive candidate experience that aligns with MGM Resorts' values.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Recommend, execute and track end-to-end recruitment communications initiatives; execute strategies and projects.

  • Generation, Reporting and Database Administration (CRM/ATS)

  • Oversee company's career site; implement improvements, provide design, and monitor overall activity including chatbot/AI requests.

  • Assist in recruitment marketing social media strategy including calendar coordination, content creation, and results analysis.

  • Monitor Glassdoor & Indeed, plan and execute activities for engaging reviews.

  • Manage vendor relationships and work closely to maximize investment in talent marketing platforms.

  • Anticipate recruiting touchpoints and work closely with the talent acquisition team to implement.

  • Execute on recruitment marketing strategy to attract top talent using all available marketing methods.

  • Suggest ideas for improving talent branding and candidate experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • 2+ Years of prior relevant employment and brand marketing experience.

  • Knowledge and experience using social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or Instagram.
