THE JOB:

As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for baking standards and techniques. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $16.21

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Able to work every station in time of need.
• Expedite all banquet event food orders.
• Communicate effectively with management.
• Execute production tasks with precision and creativity.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
• Passionate about pastry and baking.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-pace environment.
• Describes themselves as detail-oriented
• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
