Director of TDD Communication & Change Management

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As the Director of Communication & Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication strategies within our Technology, Digital and Data (TDD) organization, while also overseeing communication initiatives across the entire company for technology related topics. In addition, you will lead change management efforts, on behalf of various technology teams, to ensure smooth transitions during significant organizational or technology architecture changes that have exposure to the broader employee base.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies tailored to the needs of the Technology, Digital & Data (TDD) organization.
  • Create engaging content, including newsletters, emails, collaboration platform updates, and presentations, to effectively convey key messages and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels to foster transparency, alignment, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to align communication efforts companywide.
  • Oversee the dissemination of important company technology announcements, updates, and initiatives, working closely with the corporate communications team to align company-wide communication efforts with the overarching corporate messaging and branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate the integration of technology-specific messaging and initiatives into broader company-wide communications campaigns.
  • Serve as a liaison between the IT organization and corporate communications to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of communication across all channels.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations, system implementations, process changes, and other significant projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on communication best practices and change management principles.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication and change management initiatives.
  • Analyze data and feedback to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report insights to relevant stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

8+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
