Hiring Diversity Requires Diversity

Recent studies show that most minorities take a company’s diversity practices and policies into consideration when looking for a job. This is especially true for top-notch minority graduates and professionals.

A recent survey found that 32% of Latino job seekers had eliminated a company from consideration because of its poor record on Minority Recruiting.
