Exhibitor Information

Most employers looking to diversify their workforce find LatPro's annual series of job fairs is an exciting experience. Our job fairs are one-of-a-kind with higher education levels and better candidate preparedness and event organization than you may regularly experience.

In addition to gaining easy access to a large pool of qualified candidates, recruiters also have the opportunity to increase brand awareness for their companies and to network with representatives from other companies in their industry. Moreover, our bilingual job fairs are cost effective, saving companies’ time and money in their search for professional and diverse employees. Recruiters gain access to a ready pool of traditional (as well as non-traditional) candidates while bypassing the lengthy, and often ineffective, process of advertising on minority association job boards, and through special interest media outlets.

If you are a company dedicated to diversity, we would like to invite you to participate in our upcoming series of Diversity Job Fairs. Booths are available for a modest investment of $2,995 (discounts are available for employers who book multiple events). In addition to booth space at a LatPro Job Fair you will also receive -

  • Breakfast and Lunch for 2 People
  • Your Company's Profile Posted on
  • The Option to List Open Positions You Would Like to Fill on Your Company Profile Page

If you would like to attend one, or more, of our 2019 Diversity Job Fairs, please contact us to reserve your spot

Candidate Information

Job-seekers looking to move into a workplace environment that values diversity will find LatPro's annual career fairs an exciting experience. You’ll have the opportunity to meet, and interview with, motivated recruiters from both the public and private sectors. Naturally, your first interest may be securing a job offer in your field of expertise, and many of our job seeking attendees do leave with scheduled follow-up interviews. But our job fairs offer you much more than just opportunities to apply for a new position. Attendees receive guidance and access to follow up training on interview skills, techniques for discussing career options with leaders in your field, and how to craft the type of resumes that bring results in a competitive job market. This is an opportunity for you to come away with valuable information on a wide range of companies and career paths; information that can help guide you in your professional future.

Whether you are actively seeking a new position, or are considering changing career paths in the near future, our annual Diversity Job Fairs provide real value for an investment of your time. Take a look at what attendees of previous LatPro Job Fairs have had to say.
