The Opportunity

DAT is looking for a Partnerships Associate to join our dynamic Partnerships team in Denver, CO or Beaverton, OR. In this role, the Partnerships Associate will develop and maintain relationships with key partners, identify new business opportunities, and work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product and legal stakeholders to successfully execute initiatives and achieve revenue goals.

This role is perfect for a talented partnerships professional who is excited by the challenge of building out new opportunities for a variety of customer segments.

What You'll Do



  • Manage a portfolio of DAT's strategic partners and serve as primary point of contact for the implementation and growth of those relationships.
  • Deeply understand DAT's core audiences (carrier, broker, shipper) and the broader industry landscape to identify opportunities that support DAT's strategic vision.
  • Develop, maintain and communicate operational plans and performance reporting for the Partnerships team.
  • Work closely with internal business partners and stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to successfully create and deliver partnership initiatives.
  • Analyze partnership performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Assist with the creation of commercial frameworks and negotiation of contracts.
  • Drive business reviews with partners and to optimize the programs ensure the delivery of high impact results.


The Skills and Experience You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated strategic and financial acumen.
  • Ability to successfully manage projects from concept through execution.
  • Highly collaborative and excels at forging productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).


For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, theminimum salary for this role is $75,000 + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
