The Opportunity

DAT Software and Analytics is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our outstanding Keypoint Operations Management Team in Springfield, MO.

This is your opportunity to bring everything you've learned about ensuring customer satisfaction, product training, and support to a SaaS company that has been at the forefront of freight analytics for over 42 years.

In this role you'll be working onsite in our Springfield, MO office. (Working remotely is not an option.)

Candidate Profile



  • Experienced providing onboarding and new customer training on software.
  • Adept at communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Active listener who can hear the real question behind technical issues.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, working in person with colleagues and customers.
  • Professional demeanor over the phone, and in email communications.


What You'll Do



  • Coordinate the installation of DAT software products.
  • Train customers on the most efficient and effective use of the software.
  • Receive and proactively resolve application support calls by phone and email.
  • Provide root cause analysis of hardware and software issues to resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to product documents, installation guides, release notes, help documents, and customer tutorials.
  • Work alongside the Product Support Manager to test software, fix bugs, and recommend improvements and enhancements for future product releases.


The Skills and Experience You'll Bring



  • A minimum of 2 years experience providing technical software product support.
  • Ability to work without a script, and quickly come up to speed to exhibit a high degree of product knowledge.
  • Logistics and Transportation industry experience preferred.
  • Travel may be required for customer training. Ability to schedule trips, book airline and lodging reservations, rent a car and drive to sites.
  • A clean driving record is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
