Responsibilities:

  • Daily support of various in-house software applications
  • Learning how the applications work to be able to not only support issues, but also enhance functionality
  • Assists software team in QA process for in-house applications
  • Maintains an acceptable level of technical knowledge using provided training opportunities
  • Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules and activities
  • Contributes to team meetings
  • Troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
  • Ability to work weekends as needed to provide support during implementations
  • Works closely and professionally with users and subject matter experts to design and troubleshoot technical solutions to ensure success.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • BA Degree
  • Relevant job/coursework experience
  • Experience in HTML, Javascript, XML, and CSS
  • Basic knowledge of current programming technology such as C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL and Microsoft operating systems
  • Strong computer skills including use of MS Office programs
  • Ability to quickly respond to management and end user requests
  • A passion for solving problems and learning how things work
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with both non-technical users and highly technical users
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
  • A desire to improve processes - someone who takes initiative to implement change
  • Ability to support issues to resolution and maintain client satisfaction levels.

The annual compensation for this position in Florida is between $58,000 and $89,000 based on a full-time schedule. Additionally, this position may be eligible for relocation or cost of living adjustments.
