Job Title: HR & Recruiting Specialist FLSA Status: Full Time - non-exempt Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Closing Date: 5/26/2024 Rate of Pay: $28-$30/hour Benefits: Standard; Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:
Function: The HR and Recruiting Specialist provides support to the HR team and IM Division for its people management needs. This includes the recruiting process and data entry for all related postings into the TSAMM system, ongoing back-up for compliance tracking and employee life cycle needs. The HR and Recruiting Specialist works collaboratively with the HR Team to support personnel management, orientation, scheduling, employee relations, employee health and welfare benefits and policy matters. Will act as liaison between the Intermountain employees and supervisors on recruiting and TSAMM creation. The position requires familiarity and compliance with Salvation Army policies, practices, and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities:
