Software Development Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for an entry-level internship position focused on software development and research analysis. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the energy analytics industry while working on a research topic to be determined. The intern will assist our team with coding, data analysis, and research tasks, contributing to various projects and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing software prototypes using Python.
• Conduct research and data analysis on assigned topics.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Document code and research findings comprehensively.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Support various projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Strong interest in software development and research.
• Basic knowledge of Python and C++.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and to adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages preferred.
• Experience with coding personal projects or games preferred.
• Interest in the energy sector and analytics.
