Philanthropy

Each of our four regions makes independent decisions on local volunteer efforts and donations that will have the largest impact in their individual communities. Volunteerism and Community Support
By working closely with local organizations, we’ve made an impact by addressing multiple areas of need in the communities we serve. This includes annual donations of approximately $850,000 across our four regions.

In a drive to remove bias from the candidate screening process, we completed a review of over 300 job descriptions to remove biased language.

We maintain a robust profit-sharing plan for all employees who meet minimum service requirements. As of December 31, 2020, 75% of all employees received a profit-sharing distribution during the year 2020.
