Primary Responsibilities

  • Stays up-to-date on industry and economic trends
  • Develops business ideas based on company data
  • Reviews data from competitors to glean insights
  • Finds and cold calls potential leads to discuss products 
  • Works with leadership executives to get approval for new projects
  • Answers emails and phone calls from clients and fellow staff members
  • Identifies potential areas of growth and develops plans of action to achieve business goals
  • Organizes community outreach, including company-based open houses
  • Trains new employees when necessary
